  • Like any growth process, you get what you give. Here’s a general overview of what to expect:

    The program includes all the templates, tools, and resources needed to complete it.

    During the planning phase, leaders should expect to spend about 2 hours a week on the self-guided homework between each session.

    In the implementation phase, the time commitment varies according to the complexity of the goals leaders set for themselves.

    The process is designed to be implemented over nine months, allowing room for each participant to work at their own pace over the course of a year.

  • Our work together will include 18, 1-hour coaching calls over 9 Months.

    Sessions begin weekly, then progress to bi-weekly, and then monthly as leaders gain momentum.
