Meet Amelia
Working at the crossroads of purpose-driven business, intentional practice, and the pursuit of potential.
You understood the assignment. You checked the boxes, built the business, climbed the ladder. But the road ahead is less clear. You’re wondering: When will the hard work feel worthwhile? Is this all there is?
I helped build a $1 Billion company, but success didn’t feel like I thought it would.
Despite my big title and big accomplishments, I felt a big disconnect in my life. I was stuck in a cycle of relentless productivity that made me feel strung out on my to-do list and cut-off from my true potential.
I knew that my purpose was bigger than a crammed calendar that left little room for Vision. So, I made a big change that shocked everyone. I left my high-profile job to trek thousands of miles across America in search of a more meaningful way to achieve.
I hiked more than 3,500 miles on America’s National Scenic Trails. I paddled the Mississippi River 2,100+ miles from it’s source to the sea. I studied mindfulness with hula practitioners in Hawaiʻi.
The journey led me to a new method of goal pursuit—one where we generate real results that feel right. One where we crush the goal without crushing ourselves.
Because, the only thing more satisfying than accomplishing our biggest goals is finding satisfaction in the process. Otherwise, we haven’t achieved much, have we?
Welcome. I’m glad we crossed paths.

Business Growth Advisor, Ambitious Adventurer, Author
Since 2003, I’ve been working with Entrepreneurs and High-Achievers to get the clarity they need to transform their vision, values, and expertise into a strategy for growth.
More than 2,500 leaders—from scrappy, founder-led start-ups to billion dollar giants—have used my framework to grow.
My work includes brand strategy, culture-building, communication, and leadership development that guides leaders to reach their potential, in business and life.
I started my leadership career at a start-up, where my employee number was “3.” Alongside the Founder, we grew that business to $72-Million in 3 years.
Later, as the youngest Vice President at a 50-year-old company, I worked hand-in-hand with the Founder to 3x sales, hitting $1-Billion. We put the spark back into a family of legacy brands using purpose-driven strategies.
Today, I run this brand strategy and leadership development company to guide purpose-driven leaders to lead and live fully.
I believe that when it comes to authentic success—where we generate real results that feel right—what we do is just as important as how we do it.

My Philosophy
ACHIEVEMENT ROOTED IN PURPOSE
At the heart of my work is achievement rooted in purpose—not only moving forward toward a goal, but inward toward fulfillment.
Drawing on mindfulness studies of lei making in Hawaiʻi, I’ve learned how our actions, like strands in a lei, are woven together to create the greater whole of our experience.
If we want achievement and fulfillment, we must weave both together in the process of goal pursuit.
Most people don’t think about intentional practice and productivity co-existing as they race to check off their to-do lists or wonder if the hard work is worth it. But I believe it’s the shift that turns our ambition into the creative force of meaningful growth.
By weaving together productivity and practice in the process of goal pursuit, we generate real results that feel right.
Itʻs not about doing more. Itʻs about wrapping strands of meaning around our every day activities of achievement.
Words of Gratitude
Amelia is sensational. I’ve never been more motivated personally or professionally.

MY VISION
Ambition is a creative force.
This is how I channel my ambition as a creative force for meaningful growth:
Purpose.
Guide leaders and companies to grow using purpose-driven brand, culture and communication strategies.
Process.
Design clear and easy-to-use business processes that solve the challenges of growth with authenticity.
People.
Guide results-driven leaders to become the leader they imagine they can be.
Practice.
Teach intentional practices that make hard work worth it, everyday.
Leveraging more than 20+ years experience to guide Entrepreneurs and High-Achievers using brand strategy, culture-building, communication, and leadership development.
Some of the adventures that challenged me the most:
Hiking 3,500+ miles on America’s National Scenic Trails — The Appalachian Trail, Colorado Trail, John Muir Trail, & Pacific Crest Trail, to name a few.
Studying mindfulness in Hawaiʻi with practitioners of hula.
Paddling 2,100+ miles down the Mississippi River from the source in Minnesota to the Bayous of Lousiana.
Journeys that Iʻm proud to be a part of:
Paddled alongside my husband while he swam 65-miles non-stop in 40 hours, 57 minutes and 11 seconds to set a Guinness World Record that benefited people with Parkinson’s.
Lived in a mostly off-the grid cabin for a year helping a 100-year-old non-profit care for The Appalachian Trail.
Produced an award-winning documentary for a charity founded by Olympians …and it aired on PBS!
Guided a community-based Hawaiian organization to chart their Vision to maintain a five-acre coastal cultural refuge using traditional practices.
Worked alongside the leaders of a Native-Hawaiian community center to outline their growth plan to restore meaning and purpose in traditional Hawaiian practices.
